Ordering: You can place your order with us by phone or e-mail.

Orders placed by phone or e-mail: When you place an order with us by phone or e-mail, we will ask you to provide us with your name, phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address. We will use the information you provide to generate an invoice and a PayPal request for payment for you order. We will e-mail you the invoice and PayPal will e-mail you a request for payment with instructions for payment. You can make payment by using a PayPal account or a credit card, the choice is yours. PayPal will not share with us your payment method or any other payment information.

Shipping: We will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. We will provide you with a tracking number shortly after you order has shipped. We use USPS priority mail or Fed Ex home delivery depending on the value of the order, its weight, and the estimated time of delivery. Our shipping charges include shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance for loss or damage. A receipt signature is required for all orders totaling $250.00 or more.

Shipping charges for the 48 contiguous states are based on the total amount of your order and are as follows:

  • A shipping charge of $9.95 will be added to all orders valued between $1.00 and $75.00
  • A shipping charge of $12.95 will be added to all orders valued between $75.01 and $150.00
  • A shipping charge of $17.95 will be added to all orders valued between $150.01 and $300.00
  • A shipping charge of $21.95 will be added to all orders valued between $300.01 and $500.00
  • A shipping charge of $27.95 will be added to all orders valued between $500.01 and $700.00
  • A shipping charge of $34.95 will be added to all orders valued belween $700.01 and $1,000.00
  • A shipping charge of $49.95 will be added to all orders valued $1000.01 and over

Sales taxes: We are required by law to collect Sales Taxes on all orders originating from or delivered to an address within the State of Maryland, the current rate is 6%.

Returns/Cancellation Policies: All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We provide you with the best information and photos available when you place your order; we are not responsible for last minutes changes made by the manufacturers.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number and to inform us on the nature of the defect. Items shipped without our Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. An item with a Return Authorization number will be replaced with an identical item once received, inspected, and found to be defective. If the item shows any evidence of being dropped, damaged, or mishandled the item will not be accepted.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to return a non-defective item, a 15% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions.

Pricing Policy: Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we accepts no liability in cases arising from typographical errors.

Privacy Information: Any personal information collected on our website is kept in strict confidence. We take every precaution to protect personal information both on-line and off-line. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, and we restrict access to personally identifiable information off-line. No one other than the owners of Allaboutlgb.com can access the information off-line. We will not share information collected on our website with any one.
